Totem Display
An intuitive way for your guests to quickly find the meeting room they will be using. Using a touchscreen screen, participants can do searches, including being able to see a map of the location, reducing waiting time and eliminating the need for staff to guide them to the meetings.
Event Display
The Event Display can be installed on any TV, projector or monitor. it displays the entire day's schedule for a given location, making it easier to identify and locate events and meetings. Because it is 100% online, any changes made to the day's schedule are immediately updated on the panel.
D LOCK
D LOCK is a unit that interacts with the system and with the magnetic lock, permitting or restricting access to the room. Once installed with the BOOKING DISPLAY, it will only allow meeting participants access to the room, keeping the door locked in all other cases.
Presence Detector
The Presence Detector is a sensor integrated into the LZ MEETINGS system that allows motion detection inside the meeting room. Its application ensures that check-out and automatic availability of the meeting room is done only after no motion is detected in the room.
Service Display
The Service Display is an interface that is embedded into the LZ MEETINGS system that allows teams to interact who are responsible for making the requested resources available for the room. Using the Service Display, these supports teams will be able to know exactly which resource needs to be made available and which room it should be in, and letting the parties involved know whether the resource is already available or not.
